LoadLog is listed on GOV.UK as a compatible software provider

LoadLog is on the UK government's list of software providers that can connect to DEFRA's report receipt of waste service. The list is published on GOV.UK, and LoadLog appears on it under RDC IT Solutions Limited.

What the list is

DEFRA only lists software that has integrated with the receipt of waste API and passed the production approval tests. Those tests cover 14 scenarios, from a basic single-item load through to hazardous and POPs waste. Where a product is exempt from a scenario, the list says so. If a provider is not on the list, it cannot connect to the live service. DEFRA reviews and updates the list every two weeks.

From October 2026 in England and Wales, and January 2027 in Northern Ireland and Scotland, every permitted waste receiving site must submit a digital record for each load it receives, and DEFRA's official guidance points operators to this list when they choose software.

What it means for your site

If you already use LoadLog, nothing changes on your side. If you are choosing software ahead of your mandatory date, the list is the quickest way to check that a product really can submit to the live service: search it by company or product name before you commit, and check again close to your go-live date.
