Choosing the right plan
If you're a sole trader or just want to see how LoadLog works before the October 2026 deadline, the Free plan covers up to 5 WTNs a month with no commitment. Most independent skip hire companies and single-site transfer stations outgrow that quickly and move to Compliance Lite, which removes the WTN limit and adds EA carrier verification. If you run more than one site, or need several operators logging loads at once, Compliance Plus adds multi-site support and a larger team allowance. Enterprise is built for operators who want API access, custom integrations and a dedicated support portal, alongside everything in the plans below it.
Yards using our Compliance Plus and Enterprise plans can invite unlimited external hauliers to use the platform for free. This allows drivers to log their load details (to your yard) before arrival, reducing queuing times at your gate.
