Pre-notification

Notifying the regulator before a hazardous waste movement takes place. It applies in Scotland and Northern Ireland, including when waste moves from England to either nation. England and Wales have run without movement pre-notification since 2005; what England removed in April 2016 was premises registration, which Wales still requires. It is separate from the digital reporting of waste receipts.
